I would say the biggest challenge that I have faced in this health behavior change is time. When I first started this Health behavioral change project, it was during one of the busiest months of this semester, which was in October. During that month I had a lot of papers, projects and midterms so i didn’t really have a lot of time to exercise very much. On the days I did exercise exercise I made sure it was short in the morning so that I would be able to get right back to my studies. Now that that month is over I have been trying to exercise more than twice a week for more than thirty minutes. So far I have been only to do three times a week, and once in a while four times. I am trying to get to four times a week but sometimes I feel Its difficult to try and go during the week. I think the best way I can over come this challenge is to take advantages of my weekends more. I need to incorporate my exercise schedule into my weeks because I am less occupied during that time. I have had a little bit of progress however. I did loose 5 pounds, I went from 196 to 191. Its good progress but it isn’t necessarily where I want to be at. I think with more days and more time that I incorporate throughout the semester, I should be able to get to my goal weight or at least close to it. I also do feel a little more healthier when I exercise. A lot of times I feel very dull, and tired and low energy, but exercising has helped me to be a little more energetic, and I also do feel like it helps clear my mind a lot whenever I feel stressed.
